Pacific Asia Sl Tours was established on October 14, 2010, with a small yet determined team and a bold vision to deliver world-class tourism and event management solutions that reflect the beauty, culture, and hospitality of Sri Lanka.
From humble beginnings, we have evolved into one of the country’s most respected names in MICE tourism, international conferences, and event management, serving prestigious clients from Malaysia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam,India ,maldives , and Japan

Our Journey of Excellence
Our first milestone came in October 2010, when we successfully managed our first overseas event a two-day conference at Hotel Taj Samudra, Colombo, attended by 350 international participants.
In July 2011, we expanded our capabilities, managing another large-scale event with 700 participants representing various Southeast Asian nations.
By June 2014, Pacific Asia proudly managed a global summit at Nelum Pokuna, Colombo, hosting over 1,800 international delegates. Our responsibilities included.

Capt. Kumuditha Pathirana
Co-Founder & CEO – Event PacificAsia & PACIFIC ASIA SL TOURS (Sri Lanka)
Capt. Kumuditha Pathirana brings over three decades of operational leadership, international logistics, and executive management experience to Event PacificAsia. As the Co-Founder and CEO, he guides the company’s strategic direction, oversees its global operations, and ensures the delivery of premium travel, event, and MICE management solutions across Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
A graduate of the Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA) in 1992, Capt. Kumuditha began his distinguished career as a commissioned officer in the Sri Lanka Army. He served in multiple operational and high-threat zonesin elephant pass -main militay base during his tenure, later taking up key appointments including Staff Officer II – Logistics Command, where he managed critical supply chains and operational support functions.
Following his military service, Capt. Kumuditha expanded his international exposure through specialized logistics and diplomatic assignments in Malaysia, Singapore, China,Grecce,UAE and Qatar, supporting royal and high-level government operations. His global experience, combined with rigorous discipline and strategic insight, laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial vision.
In 2010, he founded Event PacificAsia (Sri Lanka) with the mission of creating a world-class platform that combines luxury travel, event management, and MICE operations under one roof. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small team into a trusted name in the tourism and corporate event industry, handling large-scale international events, VIP delegations, and customized travel programs for discerning global clients.
Capt. Kumuditha is also a certified professional in Travel and Hotel Management from a recognized university in[ Diploma in Tourism Management -{TARUMT} Malasiya / BAA and Bachelors degree in tourism,hospitalityand international traval managment in Modul univercity in Vienna ( Austria) further enhancing his expertise in the tourism sector. Today, he continues to drive Event PacificAsia forward with a focus on excellence, innovation, and seamless client experience, ensuring every journey and event reflects the company’s hallmark of quality and professionalism.

Rebekah S. R.
Founder | CEO | Business Development Director Business
Rebekah S. R. is a visionary entrepreneur, business strategist, and regional leader with more than two decades of multi sector experience spanning marine engineering, international trading, corporate advisory, environmental solutions, and integrated business development.
As the Chief Global Strategy Advisor* at PacificAsia (Sri Lanka), Rebekah plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global growth roadmap, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding its footprint across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Her guidance brings international perspective, commercial intelligence, and cross-industry insight to PacificAsia’s ongoing mission of excellence in luxury travel, MICE operations, and event management.
Rebekah is also the Founder and CEO of RSR Asia Trading Pte Ltd (Singapore), a leading multi-sector trading and project facilitation company established in 2014, and the founder of The Monaco International Group Pte Ltd, a boutique corporate consultancy specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and business advisory. In addition, she founded United Envirotech Sdn Bhd in 2021 to champion sustainable infrastructure and eco-friendly engineering initiatives across the region.
Her regional leadership extends further as Regional Manager (APAC) 3Si Pte Ltd, Regional Director Cantera & 3P Vision, and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) – Executive Protection Solutions Asia (Pvt) Ltd, where she continues to drive business innovation, strategic partnerships, and global expansion.
Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a background in Business Psychology, Rebekah blends analytical precision with human-centered leadership. Her foresight, integrity, and collaborative approach have made her a respected figure in international business circles.
Through her strategic vision and advisory leadership, Rebekah strengthens Event PacificAsia’s global presence, ensuring the company continues to deliver world-class experiences that connect people, purpose, and performance across borders.

Konstantinos Chavos
Europe Coordinating Director | Pacific Asia SL Tours Managing Director | Panos Stage Event Company, Thessaloniki, Greece
Mr. Konstantinos Chavos is a distinguished professional in the fields of event management, travel coordination, and international tourism development, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. He serves as the Europe Coordinating Director for Pacific Asia SL Tours, where he leads strategic partnerships and oversees client relations across Europe, connecting travelers and corporate groups to the beauty and culture of Sri Lanka and Asia.
As the Managing Director of Panos Stage Event Company, one of Greece’s premier event production and stage management firms, Mr. Chavos brings over two decades of proven leadership in organizing world-class concerts, conferences, and corporate events. His company, headquartered in Thessaloniki (Postal Code 54644), is widely recognized for its professionalism, creativity, and precision in delivering exceptional experiences.
Mr. Chavos is well known and deeply familiar with all aspects of Sri Lankan tourism, from its cultural heritage and natural landscapes to its premium hospitality and MICE destinations. His strong ties to Sri Lanka’s tourism industry and close collaboration with Asia Pacific SL Tours enable seamless coordination for European clients seeking authentic, secure, and memorable travel experiences in Sri Lanka.
Through his dedication, global network, and cross-cultural expertise, Mr. Konstantinos Chavos continues to enhance the bridge between Europe and South Asia, promoting Sri Lanka as a world-class destination for leisure, business, and event tourism.

Dr. Supun Premarathne
Veterinary Surgeon | Researcher in Reproductive Science & Aging Japan Coordinating Director – Pacific Asia SL Tour
Dr. Supun Premarathne is a Sri Lankan Government-registered Veterinary Surgeon and scientific researcher with a passion for nature, wellness, and innovation. As the Japan Coordinating Director of Pacific Asia SL Tour, he bridges science and culture to strengthen partnerships and promote Sri Lanka’s image globally.
A recipient of the Hiroshima University Fellowship, Dr. Supun holds a Master’s Degree in Agriculture from the Graduate School of Integrated Sciences for Life, Hiroshima University, specializing in Reproductive Science, and is currently pursuing his PhD in the same field. His research focuses on reproductive aging, ovarian physiology, and hormonal regulation — exploring how life renews and sustains itself.
Deeply inspired by Sri Lanka’s Ayurvedic heritage, Dr. Supun believes in blending traditional wisdom with modern science to advance holistic health and longevity. He actively supports Ayurvedic wellness and medical tourism, envisioning Sri Lanka as a global destination where ancient healing meets modern research.
Coming from a serene natural village in Sri Lanka, Dr. Supun’s lifelong connection to nature continues to guide his scientific curiosity and leadership philosophy. His blend of academic excellence, cultural insight, and compassion makes him a valued member of the Pacific Asia SL Tour leadership team helping shape a sustainable, wellness-focused future for global travelers.

Tilak Pathiranage
Company Adviser | Asia Pacific SL Tours Canada Representative | Toronto, Canada
Mr. Tilak Pathiranage serves as the Company Adviser and Canada Representative for Pacific Asia SL Tours, based in Toronto, Canada. With a strong background in high-tech computer engineering and the IT field, he brings strategic insight, technological expertise, and international business acumen to the company’s operations.
As an experienced professional in Canada’s dynamic tech sector, Mr. Pathiranage plays a vital advisory role in advancing the company’s digital development, client communication systems, and global connectivity. His guidance supports Pacific Asia SL Tours in maintaining operational excellence, data security, and innovative service delivery across continents.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mr. Pathiranage is a dedicated promoter of Sri Lankan tourism in North America.
